All conference activities will take place between two buildings in the center of MSU’s campus: the Colvard Student Union and McCool Hall. They are situated next to each other on the east side of MSU’s historic Drill Field.
To get directions to the Colvard Student Union or McCool Hall from anywhere, simply click here for a link to our interactive campus map. You can type in the name of the building you want to go to (Colvard Student Union or McCool Hall) and then select directions from your starting point.
Parking is available without a parking pass on the weekends, and you are welcome to park in any faculty/staff or commuter space near McCool Hall and may even choose to park in gated parking which remains open after 6:00pm during the week and the entire weekend.
Metered parking does require payment and is not advised for the day as there should be plenty of other close parking available. Residential (north/south/east/west zone) parking is also reserved only for students who live on campus, and those not living on campus should not park in residential spaces.
As in any place, please avoid parking in handicapped parking unless you have the appropriate tag and avoid parking in any space specially designated such as “service parking.”
