FAQs & Contacts

We are excited to have you be a part of the 2019 MSU Collegiate Leadership Conference! We know you might have some questions as you prepare. Here are a few commons ones.

Can we register as a group?
Yes! When you complete the registration form, you have the option to pay for as many people as you wish. Simply complete the registration for your main contact person attending the conference, and our conference committee will contact you for your other attendees' registration information.

Where can we find things to do and eat in Starkville?
Check out the Greater Starkville Development Partnership’s website. They are our tourism organization, and their website has lots of great information on offerings in Starkville. Click here to link to their webpage. You can also ask our committee if you have a specific need! We are happy to give recommendations!

What is the recommended dress for the conference?
We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your day with us. There will be great opportunities to meet other students, staff and nationally recognized presenters. That said, we encourage everyone to at least dress in “business causal”.

Will there be any optional activities outside of the conference?

We are looking into possiblities and welcome suggestions. Email us ideas to msuclc@msstate.edu

How are presenters chosen for this conference?
Our conference planning committee is working diligently to select engaging presenters ranging from faculty, staff, business executives, community advocates, professionals, and experts in the field. If you have a unique recommendation for a speaker or topic, feel free to reach out to us at msuclc@msstate.edu.

What is included in registration?
The first and most exciting things that are included are a wealth of knowledge and networking through the four breakout sessions, two keynote speakers, and three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as snacks on Saturday. Each participant will also receive a swag bag complete with a conference t-shirt and other goodies.

If you have any other questions about the 2019 MSU Collegiate Leadership Conference, please do not hesitate to contact us at msuclc@msstate.edu and one of our committee members will get right back to you!
